Dr alizadeh, nurse rajae and sara the receptionist were excellent. Very hospitable and thoughtful, they described the procedure clearly and gave all the precautions necessary. I had a jarring tooth ache from a wisdom tooth which I needed gone. I Was booked in extremely quick and they were able relieve me of my pain. My tooth and an old filling broke at 7pm, I was in the chair at 9pm the same evening. Dr Chris replaced a decaying filling (in the adjacent tooth), cleared the issues with the broken tooth, measured up for a crown, and fitted me with a temporary crown by 10.45pm. Simply amazing. I'm 45, I have had a life time phobia of going to the dentist, and as a result, I have been 3 times in my adult life. Dr Chris not only fixed my broken tooth, he fixed my fear of going to any dentist. I didn't feel event a hint of pain, he was extremely professional, skillful, and reassuring. Hands down tbe best dentist in west London. I can't thank him enough. Whatever he earns, double it!

We are available for appointments 24 hours a day. While our standard operating times are between 7am and 11pm, we can still see you at anytime you like and are more than happy to book patients in 24 hours a day.
For appointments outside of our standard operating hours, we do charge a call out fee to be seen.
Please note:
The call out fee does include the cost for the consultation, X-rays and first line of treatment required to get you out of pain for one tooth. Treatments included can be complex extractions, composite fillings or even the first stage of a root canal to get you out of pain.

No registration is required. The majority of our consultations are emergencies, and there is no requirement to be a registered patient to see our dentist. After your emergency appointment, you can return to your registered dentist for follow-up treatment.

Warm salt water rinses are very useful if you have swelling or some sort of infection, as salt water is a natural antiseptic and can reduce pain. Another temporary measure is taking over the counter painkillers, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, as this will slightly reduce any pain. Always consult with a professional before taking any medication.
Most people suffer from dental pain at night as blood flow to the head increases when you lie down to sleep. This causes pain from the swelling to increase. To help manage this pain, we recommend seeing a dentist as soon as possible to diagnose the issue with X-rays and create a treatment plan.
Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as a life threatening emergency so they will not be able to treat you. However, if you have any swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe, then we advise you to visit A&E.
